【Job Description】
⎼ Provide internal IT/Information System support, including self-judged handling of related tasks.
⎼ Execute PC kitting, setup, and terminal replacement projects (including Windows and Office updates).
⎼ Conduct first-line IT inquiry and troubleshooting support for users (from initial triage to full restoration).
⎼ Configure, operate, and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers.
⎼ Manage user and group accounts utilizing Active Directory (including user addition/deletion and group design/operation).
⎼ Oversee file server access rights, encompassing AD group-based access control, permission design by department/role, and revision of unnecessary permissions.
⎼ Implement and manage the security patch application process for Windows Clients and Windows Servers.
⎼ Conduct the full patch management lifecycle: collecting patch information, organizing application targets, planning application, execution, post-application confirmation, and handling failures.
⎼ Operate and maintain the internal LAN and branch networks.
⎼ Support network technical elements with a solid understanding of their mechanisms: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP concepts, switch, Wi-Fi, and router configuration/operation.
⎼ Perform fault isolation during network failures (distinguishing between terminal, network, and line issues).
⎼ Plan and execute mandatory firewall firmware (OS) updates.
⎼ Perform required firewall operations: pre-update checks, configuration backup, OS/firmware update execution, post-update confirmation (communication, VPN, policy, logs), and rollback capability.
⎼ Manage EDR/Antivirus products, including initial alert response and definition file update management.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai Nationality is required.
⎼ Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a corporate Information System department or as an In-house System Engineer.
⎼ Proven experience in User/Group Management using Active Directory (including user creation/deletion, and group design/operation).
⎼ Mandatory experience in applying security patches to Windows Clients and Windows Servers.
⎼ Practical experience in operating internal LAN and branch networks.
⎼ Mandatory experience in planning and executing firewall firmware (OS) updates.
⎼ Willingness to take proactive action and manage operations without relying solely on external vendors.
⎼ Ability to prioritize stable operation and implement practical solutions in a potentially resource-constrained environment.
⎼ Experience using centralized management tools like WSUS is a plus.
