【Job Description】
Seeking experienced, professional, and English-proficient individuals for a hotel operations role at an internationally branded hotel in Australia. Responsibilities include front-of-house operations, reservation management, guest communication, and high-level housekeeping management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, and answering calls.
- Oversee housekeeping standards and staff to ensure five-star quality service.
- Maintain professional communication and demeanor in a five-star environment.

【Qualification】
- Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of experience working in five-star hotels.
- Business-level English proficiency is required to ensure confident communication with guests.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and mature demeanor.
- Ability to run front desk and operational duties independently after training.
