【Job Description】
⎼ Collaborate with product planning and design teams to conceptualize and plan automotive custom parts.
⎼ Join a joint planning project to develop and propose custom part concepts that align with market needs.
⎼ Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to create comprehensive project proposals.
⎼ Work closely with designers to verify design feasibility and assess cost-efficiency for product development.
⎼ Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure product ideas move successfully toward production.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
⎼ Proven experience in product planning; automotive industry experience is a plus.
⎼ Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and customer persona development.
⎼ Proficient in cost calculation and financial feasibility verification.
⎼ Business-level English is required; Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage.
⎼ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational team.
⎼ High flexibility and mobility to work across different office locations.
