【Job Description】
-Prepare design and tender drawings, including perspective views and presentations
-Responsible for design work in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
-Prepare and review construction drawings
-Provide consultation and coordinate with site staff during the construction stage

【Qualification】
-Male
-Age Over 38 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design
-Associate Architect License (at least)
-Fellow Architect License will be given special consideration
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
-Experience in design and construction companies
