【Job Description】
- Oversee and manage production operations for automotive parts
- Supervise and lead a team of 24–25 subordinates, including operators and technicians
- Control and optimize the operation of 40 CNC lathes + 10 additional production machines
- Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure seamless production flow
- Manage production schedules and maintain quality standards within a Japanese manufacturing environment
- Report directly to the Japanese Manager to align with company goals.
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- 5–10 years of experience in the automotive parts processing industry
- Proven experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of supervising a team of 25 people
- Basic command of English for communication within the workplace
- Technical expertise in CNC lathe machining and production management

【Working Hour】
- Working time 8:00-17:00 (Lunch time 10:00-10:10/12:00-12:40/15:00-15:10)
- Saturday work 1 time/Month in average

- Subordinates : Approximately 25 people (Including workers and technicians)
- Reporting Line: Japanese Manager (Age approximately 47 years old)
