【Job Description】
-Overseeing local and export sales.
-Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales officer
-Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and export
-Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
-Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
-Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc.
-Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers.
-Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery.
-Setting sales quotas and goals
-Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
【Qualification】
-Female
-30 years old up
-Bachelor's degree in related field
-At lease 5 years in sales & marketing
-Strong interpersonal communication
-Able to work multi-skills & well manage job duties
-Strong work ethic, self-motivation, integrity and honestly
-Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2)
-Good English
-Good computer skills
