【Job Description】
● Prototyping of New Models, Verification of Manufacturability and Production Engineering Feasibility, and Establishment of Mass‑Production Requirements
① Setting Trial Conditions & Prototyping Support
Setting process conditions for initial trial production
Creating master films based on product specifications using CAD/CAM
Preparing and managing all documents and system inputs required for trial production
(CAD/CAM data management, process condition documentation, issuance of film creation requests)
Confirming customer requirements from drawings
(dimensions, tolerances, units, appearance, packaging, etc.)
② Verification and Improvement of Production Engineering Feasibility
Evaluating trial‑production results based on dimensional and appearance data, and determining manufacturability
Identifying issues in the process or film design, and proposing countermeasures and improvements
③ Other
Handling technical meetings and communication with customers (in English)
Supporting team members

【Qualification】

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 3 - 5 years’ experience
Experience in design using AutoCAD (2D) — immediate work capability preferred
English: Intermediate level or above (TOEIC >500)
Work experience at a Japanese manufacturing company


Engineering experience in the electronics or precision component industry
Basic knowledge of dimensional and statistical indicators (σ, CP, CPK)
Problem‑solving skills and experience in process improvement
Ability to read and interpret customer requirements and respond with technical solutions
Proven achievements in process or equipment improvement


Experience in operating measurement instruments for dimensional inspection, or experience using various analytical instruments to analyze defective products
Understanding of trial production and mass‑production preparation processes
Experience related to mass‑production startup
