【Job Description】
① Network & Hardware Management:
Manage internal networks and hardware (PCs, servers, access points, etc.).
Act as the main point of contact with external IT support vendors (subcontractors).
② Cloud Service Management:
Manage and provide operational support for cloud services used by each department.
③ Centralization & Governance in Line with Japan HQ Standards (Key Responsibility):
Integrate and centrally manage the above (① and ②) in accordance with Japan headquarters’ standards.
Provide guidance, improvements, and follow-up to relevant departments.
(Examples: preparation of user lists, development of usage policies and procedures, access control management,
establishment of control points for personal data protection (PDPA), monitoring implementation of security measures, etc.)
④ Coordination with Japan HQ IT Department:
Receive instructions from headquarters and regularly monitor, report, and manage compliance with established standards and rules.
⑤ System Development & Improvement:
Propose and implement new systems in line with company growth, and support operational efficiency improvements across departments.
⑥ Others:
Handle related tasks and assignments as required.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ Any gender/ aged 25–35
- Japanese business level
- Basic knowledge of IT is required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
