【Job Description】
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, interviews and onboarding.
-Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.
-Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
-Identify training needs and develop training program.
-Oversee compensation and benefits programs
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
-Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
-Develop and implement programs to enhance employee agreement and retention.
【Qualification】
-Female
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or related field. HR certification preferred
-Experience 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
-Skills strong interpersonal and communication skill , leadership abilities, employee relations, performance management , legal compliance, problem-solving skills, proficiency in HR software.
