【Job Description】
- Search for the potential suppliers of production and service part.
- Conduct QA audit for new potential suppliers and annual audit with QA department.
- Issue RFQ - Request for quotation to candidate suppliers by buyer must design production process for competitive all of cost, quality and LT.
- Select potential supplier for production and service part who can achieve Q, C and D requirements.
- Follow up the progress of production preparation for new project parts and mass production part (ECN request) to achieve master plan.
- Do cost reduction activities such as Kaizen, VAVE, negotiation and etc. to achieve Purchasing target.
- Drive and push supplier to continually improve Q, C and D performance such as Q-claim rate reduction together with QA, C-part cost reduction, D-Capacity improvement and etc.
- Monthly analysis of supplier quality performance and set improvement plan together with QA and suppliers.
- Drive and push Kaizen activity with supplier to achieve KBT target.
- Verify and check the document of Purchasing department and other document that relate with Purchasing department to complete.
- Solve and transaction problem between company and suppliers. Strengthen cooperation with supplier.
- Good communication for internal of Purchasing department, internal of KET and overall of Kubota group.
- Other as assignment

【Qualification】
- Age 24 - 35 years old
- Open to all genders
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good command in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening)
- ISO 9001, Quality manage and improvement, VA&VE, Controlling and Improvement in Q/C/D, Manufacturing Process
- Have experience working in manufacturing will be advantaged
- Knowledge about engine is a plus
