【Job Description】
- Recruitment: Managing recruitment for restaurant staff, including interviewing and post-hiring follow-up.
- Employee Relations & Time Attendance: Handling attendance records, labor management, and payroll-related tasks.
- Contract Management: Handling renewal of shop rental contracts and negotiating rental fees.
- Japanese Support: Processing Visas and Work Permits, and arranging accommodation for Japanese staff.
- Documentation: Preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Orientation: Providing training to new employees regarding company regulations and benefits.
- Other tasks assigned.
【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Gender: Female
- Age: 25 - 45 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience: Direct experience in HR management within the restaurant business is required
- Language: Good command of English and Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
* Japanese: Business level or N1-N2 is required
- Soft Skills: Diligent, honest, high responsibility, and punctual.
