【Job Description】
This role involves supporting the broad activities and assisting with management tasks at the resort.
Responsibilities are divided into four core areas:

- Handle daily record-keeping of sign-ups and payments via multiple platforms; issue membership cards and onboarding instructions; manage renewal outreach and maintain Excel-based accounting sheets.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings; assist in the organization of association events; evaluate the success and promotion of past and future activities.
- Update the website with events and benefits; manage social media presence with a minimum of one post per week; create and distribute member newsletters.
- Assist in executing government liaison plans (e.g., TAT, Royal Thai Navy); help convert partner resorts to naturist-friendly policies; develop new tour programs/products; and assist in board member recruitment.

【Qualification】
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accounting and data management.
- Ability to manage social media accounts and draft professional newsletters.
- Capable of coordinating with government authorities and managing schedules for diverse member activities.
- Comfortable working in a naturist environment and engaging with members/partners.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including some evenings and weekends to support member events.
