【Job Description】
1. HR Function
-Checked, Key In and Update Data such as Leave application, SSF : In-Out Registration, Group Insurance : In-Out Registration, PVD: In-Out Registration, Data as needed
-Responsible for Claim or Other matters of SSF and Group Insurance
-Prepare – Print out documents and reports which related to HR Function, also save on the computer
-Filing
-Staff orientations
2. Recruitment
-Find suitable candidates as on requested
-Find and contact Recruitment Agency
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for interview
-Report and Summary of selected and non selected candidate
-On campus ; including preparation of equipment, documents
3. Administration
-Type correspondence, reports and other documents
-data management and filing
-Open and distribute the mail, dealing with incoming email, and post, review and edit reports to superior
-Prepare – Print out documents and reports
-Prepare agendas for all staff (In case of other special occasion)
-Provide receptionist services
4. Training
-Identify training and development opportunities
-Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
-Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures

【Qualification】
-Male/Female
-Age 27-35 Years old.
-Experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and training 3-5 years.
-Good command of English communication
-Proficiency in Tiger Soft program will be an advantage
