【Job Description】
-Overall Control of day to day operation at the site of the Project.
-Ensuring that operation proceed in accord with agreed works programs.
-Preparation and revision as required (with assistance of Planning Eng.) of Works Programs, staffing Schedules and Labour requirement.
-Attending Site and Project meeting as Senior Project Representative of the Company.
-Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules.
-Ensuring Materials both submitted for Approval and Installed comply with the job Specification and Contract Document/Drawings.
-The preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Claims, and all necessary follow up.
-The preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to Management.
-The selection of any required Sub Contractors and Negotiation with same. Sub Contractor document to be drawn up by the “Contracts Manager” to terms and conditions laid down by the Project Manager.

【Qualification】
- Male ,Age 40-50 years
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-Work Experience : 10 years in M&E
-At least 5 years in position of project manager or project director.
–Experience in project and business management.
–Experience in project bidding.
-Have skills in estimation cost.
-Have connection with consultant, designer, owner and supplier.
-English Communication : Business
-Skill : Engineering License level 2 or above
