【Job Description】
-Manage overall branch operations in freight forwarding and logistics (sea &air freight)
-Oversee import/export customs clearance processes in compliance with regulations
-Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and relevant authorities
-Plan and control transportation costs while improving operational efficiency
-Lead and manage teams (Operations, Customer Service, Documentation, Trucking)
-Handle operational issues such as customs delays, documentation errors, and shipment problems
-Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
-Monitor branch performance and manage P&L
-Ensure compliance with customs laws and logistics regulations

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 38-45 Years
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
-Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerage
-At least 8 years in a managerial role
-Strong knowledge of import/export customs procedures
-Industry network is a plus (shipping lines, agents, etc.)
-Good command of English (spoken and written)
-Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
