【Job Description】
-Providing legal advice to the management and business operations.
-Monitoring new laws and analyzing the effects on business operations by providing executive reports to the management level.
-Following up on corrective and preventive actions from the operation departments relating to new law effects and reporting to the management.
-Collecting, implementing, and managing legal compliance programs.
-Conducting legal compliance monitoring and audits.

【Qualification】
-Male or Female, aged not less than 34 years.
-Bachelor's degree in Law.
-Lawyer's License and/or being a graduate from the Thai Bar is preferable.
-Good command of English and computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
-Minimum 6 years of working experience in the legal field.
-Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
-Be a fast learner with a strong working ethic and able to respond to urgent ad-hoc assignments from management orders/policies.
-Able to work in a team or individually and complete assignments within deadlines.
-Working experience with Japanese companies is preferable.
-English: Business (TOEIC 750+)
