【Job Description】
- Find New Customers: Identify and reach out to new business clients (B2B) to expand the company's market.
- Visit Clients: Travel to meet customers at their locations to build strong relationships and present products.
- Handle Sales Projects: Manage the entire sales process, from offering products to closing deals.
- Negotiate Deals: Discuss prices and terms of sale with customers to reach the best agreements.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work with other departments to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Sales Reports: Prepare and update regular reports on sales targets and market feedback.
【Qualification】
- Age 25–35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 2–3 years experience in Sales (B2B)
- Good command of English (Email & Communication)
- Japanese skill (JLPT N3 up) – preferred
- Have driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to visit customers and business trip
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is preferred
