【Job Description】
⎼ Strategically manage annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly budgets to align with financial goals
⎼ Enhance inventory efficiency by optimizing product assortments and store allocations based on store types and sales performance
⎼ Oversee company-wide inventory levels across stores and warehouses, including pending stock, to ensure optimal balance
⎼ Collaborate with the Product Planning Department to manage Supply Chain Solutions monthly, ensuring inventory aligns with OTB plans
⎼ Utilize face control maps to determine weekly store consolidation, price promotions, markdowns, and priority layouts.
⎼ Strategize and coordinate the clearance of remaining inventory through resale or other disposal measures in conjunction with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
⎼ Develop and implement action plans to effectively exhaust end-of-life product cycles.
⎼ Coach and supervise inventory controllers on operational procedures, workflows, and job responsibilities.
⎼ Conduct training for the inventory team on merchandising planning and advanced inventory control techniques to enhance departmental skills
⎼ Partner with the Store Operations team to monitor stock levels, manage aged merchandise, and propose continuous improvement plans
⎼ Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely and smooth deliveries to stores, preventing stock-outs.
⎼ Facilitate a seamless flow of information between Merchandising and Store Operations teams through constructive communication
⎼ Build and maintain positive vendor relationships while negotiating improved terms and conditions
⎼ Prepare comprehensive inventory reports and forecasts to support departmental purchasing objectives
⎼ Analyze and present weekly and periodic performance reports, including promotion results, to senior management
⎼ Generate performance improvement reports and prepare relevant store operation data for manager meetings
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Female
⎼ Age: 30-38 years old
⎼ Language: Business Level of English
⎼ Experience: Inventory Control Manager within a global manufacturing retail environment prefered
⎼ Skill: Strong leadership, exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation skills
⎼ Excellent numerical analysis skills and a keen eye for detail through observation.
