【Job Description】
1. Involvement for department objective target setting.
2. Monitor and control the progress of assigned tasks, such as Process improvement, Yield improvement activity and Cost improvement with concerned team members.
3. Discover new methods to continuously enhance prevention and improvement.
4. Develop machine and process performance for enhance process productivity.
5. Involve in OEE improvement from process data analysis.
6. Responsible for procuring fixtures, equipment, and tools for production.
7. Plan and control the budget for the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
8. Approve standardization for manufacturing condition follow to product design.
9. Technical advisor for machinery, problem solving for quality issued.
10. Take the lead for production process improvement and organize team.
11. Safety management for machinery and equipment in place.
12. Manage and follow up tasks for QMS, IATF, EMP, RBA and 5S activity.

【Qualification】
1. Bachelor's degree with Engineering.
2. Good English skill with TOEIC > 450 scores.
3. Experience in management level 1-3 years.
4. IATF core tools understanding and implementation.
5. Complex problem solving skill and continuous improvement mindset.
6. Well understanding the fundamental of machining machine.
7. Process optimizer with productivity improvement skills with lean manufacturing, OEE knowledge.
8. High interpersonal skill
