【Job Description】
- Receive and arrange export bookings from exporters and overseas agents, both Air & Sea import shipments
- Keep importers fully updated on the status of their shipment at all times
- Issuing documents such as PO, Invoice, Quotation, etc
- Talk to customers and support customer's needs
- After service customers and help them with document they need
- Follow up our service to please customers
- Make documents to support customers orders
- Coordinate with Japan Headquarters

【Qualification】
- Having 1–3 year’s experience in sales support
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, VLOOKUP)
- Good command of written English (Regarding of cordination with Japan Headquarters)

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation: 2,000 B
- Mobile phone will be provided
- OT (Basically no Over time work)
- SSO
- Bonus: Depends on the company performance

【Working Hour】
8:30-17:30
Mon-Fri
Annual leave: 6 days
