【Job Description】
- Provide overall support to the Sales Team and Accounting Team
- Assist in preparing quotations and documents
- Handle customer communication (email and phone)
- Coordinate internally and externally

【Qualification】
- English: Intermediate level or above (Required)
(** Japanese skill : N3 level or above is advantage)
- PC Skills: Basic MS skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- At least 1 - 2 years of work experience in any related fields

[ Soft skills }
- Bright and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with coordination tasks both internally and externally
- Flexible and adaptable in handling various tasks
