【Job Description】
∙ Manage and oversees the production process and ensure high quality production activities with maximum output
∙ Organize all necessary to smooth running of the production and team, including managing and solving the people problems.
∙ Ensure an efficient and productive production process meets customer requirements
∙ Coaching supervisor for production management
∙ Prepare budgets to ensure workflow meet required deadlines
∙ Assist, advise, and give an operation direction and policy to the Production supervisors in achieving the target/goal setting.
∙ Manage products sent to customers on time.
∙ Manage rejected products, reduce rework, and find the solution to prevent the problem

∙ Reduce and Proven downtime
∙ Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
∙ Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
∙ Monitor production to resolve issues
∙ Supervise and evaluate the performance of production ,quality inspectors, workers, etc.
∙ Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
∙ Ensure output meets quality standards
∙ Deep knowledge of production management

【Qualification】
∙ 5- 10 years experience in footwear or a related field
∙ Have knowledge in production management, strong time management skills and organization
∙ Strong decision–making skills and a results-driven approach
∙ Understanding of quality standards and attention to details
∙ Manpower management
∙ Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
∙ Good planning and communication skills with excellent problem solving skill
∙ Strong command of English, both written and oral (the Thai language is an advantage)
∙ Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point or MRP software.
