  【Job Description】
   The Membership Services Manager is responsible for managing the entire membership lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for members through engagement and operational excellence.
   Key duties include:
     - Handling prospecting support, onboarding new members, driving engagement, and managing renewals and retention.
     - Maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data hygiene, and managing membership records.
     - Coordinating invoices, payment follow-ups, and reconciling membership status.
     - Producing analytics on new joins, churn, and engagement metrics to inform strategy.
     - Drafting member communications, managing benefits for Exclusive Tier Members, and overseeing sponsorship and participation for signature events.

  【Qualification】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
    - 5+ years of experience in membership, customer success, account management, or chamber operations.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
    - Proficiency in CRM/membership databases and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    - Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and a service-oriented mindset.
