【Job Description】
The Membership Support Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of AMCHAM’s membership department.
- Maintaining and updating member records, including new memberships, renewals, and contact changes.
- Coordinating the onboarding and renewal process, including following up on documentation.
- Preparing membership invoices and receipts, tracking payments, and assisting with monthly reconciliations in coordination with the finance team.
- Responding to inquiries, providing customer service, and managing member communications like email updates.
- Supporting registrations, attendee lists, and providing on-site help at membership events.
- Generating routine reports on membership status and engagement levels.
【Qualification】
The role is designed for an early-career professional who is detail-oriented and service-minded.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping is accepted.
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or finance support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to learn CRM/database systems quickly.
- Professional communication skills in both English and Thai (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills, high integrity for handling financial data, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
