【Job Description】
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Proactively build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide hiring insights
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
• Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring process.
• Other HR work as requested.
【Qualification】
• Thai Nationality, age 27 - 32 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience as HR (mainly recruitment).
• Good command of both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 550up)
• Computer literacy.
• Strong service mind, proactive, good interpersonal skill, communication &coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.
