【Job Description】
-Communicate within company group, customers, and service providers
-Receive orders and/or forecasts from customers and calculate orders to factories
-Monitor order and shipping status of customer and factory to avoid shortages
-Communicate between Sales and Customer Support Division for order and shipping status
-Communicate with factories and confirm shipment plans
-Communicate with customers for meet delivery requirements
-Response for Customer Support Division and Sales documentation (filing)
-Prepare required documents or reports for Management
-Manage company-assigned activities related to the business, (e.g., ISO/IATF)
-Travel to customers or factories when necessary
-Perform other assignments as requested by the Manager
【Qualification】
-Bachelor degree in Related fields
-Good English communication skills with company group and customers
-Knowledge of Import/Export, Customs clearance
-Experience in OEM ordering and/or Logistics
-Ability to understand processes logically and perform repetitive tasks
-Experience in ERP(QAD) system is an advantage
-Experience working with freight forwarders is an advantage
-Experience in automotive OEM or related background
