【Job Description】
- Conduct sales visits and deliver professional business presentations to Japanese clients in Japanese.
- Consult on and propose solutions for organizational and human resource challenges to drive sustainable development.
- Manage and expand the client base, focusing primarily on high-level executives at Japanese companies.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities (Hunting) while maintaining and growing existing client accounts (Farming).
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials and supporting documentation for executive-level meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison and coordinator between clients and the Japanese management team.
- Translate documents into English or Thai when presenting to non-Japanese stakeholders or decision-makers.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
- Age: 28-35
- Japanese & English : Intermediate - Business (JLPT N2 or above)
- Sales experience of intangible products at a Japanese company
