【Job Description】
-DRI to coordinate development project status (NPI) between factory’s engineering team (Program Leader ) and Customer
-Updating and report weekly about summary of Development project progress and Mass production
-Leading the meeting when customer come to our factory [ making agendas and combine package for discussion and taking a
minutes]
-Internal communication and discussion closely in order to respond to customer
-Engineering. Quality Control team and Manufacturing team,
-Co-ordinate with internal team and support customers when visit production lines

【Qualification】
-Age and Experience: 25-35 years old (need experience a few year at least on manufacturing filed)
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering
-English skill : TOEIC score, more than 750 (650-700 around can be considerable depend of other skill and ability)
-Frequency : Always (Web meeting and chat communication by iMessage.
-To discuss and negotiate with oversea customer (American, European Chinese Filipino etc )
-Microsoft office operation
-Excel : Need basic excel skill, excel formula and attitude to study more for apply or create suitable report format
-PowerPoint : Can create PowerPoint material and do presentation by English
-Discussion and negotiation skill
-Discussions with confidence and aggressiveness towards customer and internal team
-Able to communicate the difficult things as simple for others to understand
-Willing to work well under pressure with high responsibility
-Overtime: Possibility to occur 0.5 - 1.0 hours, 2-3 times / week
-Working base at Bang Pa In Factory
