【Job Description】
1. Key Account Management
• Manage and maintain relationships with key Chinese-speaking customers and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Understand customer business needs and provide suitable logistics and warehouse solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.

2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate closely with customers on service scope, pricing, contract terms, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and feedback to ensure timely resolution.

3. Solution Development & Internal Coordination
• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support implementation of new services or projects for existing customers.
• Coordinate customer visits, business reviews, and service performance discussions.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor account performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
• Support management with account insights, forecasts, and improvement plans.

【Qualification】
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Key Account, Account Management, or Customer Management roles in logistics / warehouse / 3PL business.
3. Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency at HSK Level 5–6 or equivalent (speaking, reading, writing).
4. Good command of English and Thai.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand and deliver solutions.
7. Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
9. Have driving license & own car
