【Job Description】
⎼ Provide comprehensive administrative support to Japanese Sales Managers.
⎼ Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
⎼ Prepare quotations, sales-related documents, and handle general administrative tasks.
⎼ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
⎼ New graduates are welcome to apply.
⎼ Proficiency in English (Daily conversation to Pre-business level).
⎼ Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
⎼ Strong communication skills for interacting with Japanese management and international clients.
⎼ Knowledge of the Indonesian market or Indonesian language skills is a significant advantage.
