【Job Description】
- Support Japanese expats and family with day-to-day administrative matters (Visa/Work-permit support, Reservation of hotels/restaurant)
- Handle internal administrative paperwork
- Manage employee’s time attendance record, leave management such as sick leave, annual leave.
- Calculate OT & payroll processing coordinate with accounting manager
- Handling new hire paperwork and introduce company policies and culture.
- Coordinate with external and internal
- Support office facilities, supplies, company vehicles
- Update organization chart
- Translate internal documents and provide interpretation support during meetings when required
- Other duties assigned

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality, Female 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years Working experience in Japanese company and have admin experience
- JLPT N3 – N2
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
