【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee and manage the entire operations of the Molding Department as the Section Manager.
⎼ Lead and take full responsibility for production management, shipment control, and material procurement.
⎼ Develop and manage production plans for resin-molded parts, including pad printing processes.
⎼ Monitor and manage finished goods warehouse inventory and oversee the shipment process.
⎼ Control inventory levels and manage the procurement of resin materials and related supplies.
⎼ Coordinate effectively with other departments, such as Mold and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth operations.
⎼ Handle customer audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Extensive knowledge and experience in resin injection molding processes.
⎼ Proven experience in customer audit response and management.
⎼ Strong knowledge of ISO and IATF quality management systems and auditing experience.
⎼ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
⎼ Strong leadership and management capabilities to lead the manufacturing section.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Food Allowance: 55 THB/day
- Perfect Attendance Allowance: 600–800–1,000 THB/month
- Transportation Allowance: 60 THB/day
- Housing Allowance: 2,500 THB/month (Bachelor’s Degree or higher / SV or higher )
