【Job Description】
⎼ Act as the Technical Manager or Supervisor, serving as the second-in-command for the manufacturing facility.
⎼ Lead, oversee, and manage the FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) and fiberglass manufacturing processes.
⎼ Provide comprehensive technical guidance, training, and mentorship to subordinates and production staff.
⎼ Manage daily production activities and ensure operational efficiency at the plant.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Extensive knowledge and a proven track record in FRP and fiberglass manufacturing.
⎼ Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
⎼ Candidates around 40 years of age are preferred due to the seniority of the managerial level.
⎼ Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese is highly advantageous and will be specially considered.

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Technical allowance of up to 5,000 THB, depending on skill and experience.
-Food 50 THB/day

【Working Hour】
7:30-16:30 (Mon. - Sat.) *Work in the Manufacturing Department.
One Saturday holiday per month.
Annual holidays are calculated to be around 90 days.
