【Job Description】
1. Accounting & Financial Tasks
- Record import and export charges
- Record other expenses and accrued expenses
- Handle depreciation closing and asset additions
- Manage prepaid expense closing
- Perform exchange rate revaluation (quarterly)

2. Payment & Cash Management
- Process payments (internet banking, cheque, cash)
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Handle advances and advance clearing
- Process telephone expense payments
- Manage tollway expenses and top-ups

3. Tax & Compliance
- Handle withholding tax (PND.3, 53, 54, PP.36)
- Prepare monthly tax summaries

4. Reporting & Monitoring
- Update stock data weekly for the logistics team
- Review and report sample expenses
- Support monthly inventory

5. Administrative Support
- Purchase office supplies and snacks (monthly)
- Handle postage tasks
- Prepare welcome board

【Qualification】
• Thai Nationality, age 28-32 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting field.
• Having an experience in accounting field at least 3 years
• Able to communicate in English (Conversation level)
• Good at analyzing problems and solving problems
• High responsibility
• Can work well under pressure and time management
• Computer SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
• Computer MS office
