【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee daily business operations and manage the overall performance of the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
⎼ Address and resolve operational issues promptly and flexibly to maintain smooth workflows.
⎼ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with clients, internal staff, and external vendors.
⎼ Manage office operations, including serviced office or co-working space environments, ensuring excellent hospitality.
⎼ Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Proven experience in team management with the ability to handle on-site problem-solving effectively.
⎼ Background in Office Management, Serviced Office, Co-working Space, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related service industries.
⎼ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and a high sense of responsibility.
⎼ Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken).
⎼ Experience working in a Japanese company or the ability to communicate in Japanese is highly preferred.
⎼ Cheerful personality with a professional appearance and a proactive attitude.
⎼ Ability to start working immediately or within a 1-month notice period.

【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Position Allowance: 10,000 THB per month.
