【Job Description】
⎼ Coordinate procurement and manage delivery schedules for parts and materials from overseas affiliates.
⎼ Oversee manufacturing processes and manage manpower within the local factory.
⎼ Supervise the end-to-end production cycle for large-scale equipment (30–40 meters), including assembly, testing, disassembly, and shipment.
⎼ Monitor material inflows and manage detailed task scheduling for engineering teams.
⎼ Collaborate and communicate effectively with Japanese counterparts, the headquarters in Japan, and regional branches in Vietnam and China.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Aged 30 years and above.
⎼ Proficient in English or Japanese at a business level.
⎼ Proven experience in factory start-up projects, production management, or manufacturing management.
⎼ Technical background in machinery, plant engineering, construction, maintenance, or field engineering.
⎼ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
⎼ Basic knowledge of electrical equipment or instrumentation is a plus.
⎼ Experience managing a team of approximately 10 members is preferred.
⎼ Knowledge of import/export procedures and experience in creating packing lists is a plus.
⎼ Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to commute using a private or company vehicle.
⎼ Proactive individual with a deep understanding of custom-made equipment manufacturing.
⎼ Capable of acting as a playing manager within a start-up organizational structure.

【Working Hour】
⎼ Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00).
