- Developing comprehensive production plans essential for bag manufacturing.
- Coordinating and arranging the logistics for transporting materials from Japan.
- Managing the domestic procurement and purchasing of materials within Thailand.

【Qualification】
- Female
- Age 22–35 years
- Japanese level: Equivalent to JLPT N3 level
- Basic understanding of production planning, delivery management, inventory control, or material management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in coordination and communication across multiple departments.
- Experience in production planning, process control, or general operations within a Japanese company or the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong schedule management skills.
- Ability to communicate smoothly with relevant departments, including the Japan headquarters.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen mindset) toward operations.
- Candidates with no prior experience but a strong desire to build a career in production management at a Japanese company are welcome.
