【Job Description】
-Manage employment regulation and employee welfare benefit.
-Manage recruitment and employment process for new staff/yearly contract staff/temporary staff.
-Manage remuneration process i.e. monthly salary payroll.
-Manage compensation and welfare & benefit for staff.
-Manage performance evaluation criteria for bonus & annual salary increment.
-Administration for Provident Fund: correspondence with Tisco Asset Management Fund (Fund Manager).
-Support to prepare visa and work permit for expat staff.
-Contact and submit related report to Social Security Office, Revenue Dept. and Labor Protection Office.
-Update monthly report of manpower & staff leave record & OT report and Organization chart.
-Analyze competence job and staff training need to develop knowledge and skill.
-Maintain employee relationship (ER) e.g. outdoor activity, New Year Party, CSR, etc.
-Response & Support monthly, quarterly and yearly report for Head Office.
-Response & Support and prepare related documents for internal audit and FY audit.
-Response & Support Annual General Shareholder Meeting, Weekly management meeting and issue meeting minutes.
-Manage and extend outsource staff contract i.e. outsource driver, outsource staff.
-Check petty cash for expenses, Control donation matters (if have), and scrap/sell office equipments (exceptional IT’s equipments).
-Implement and monitor company’s compliance rules and control Company regulations, Basic rules, HR&Admin Dept. rules.
-Auditee for compliance and J-Sox audit and representative as compliance Liaison (included BCP), Personal Data Manager.
-Control company seal and follow up/review renewal of group contracts and filing.
-Response & Support Self-Inspection Worksheet (Self Audit) & Business Audit from HQ
-Support HQ for any policies and activities
-Response for set up and operating Welfare Committee and Safety Committee.
-Others tasks as assigned by superior.
【Qualification】
-Native: Thai
-Age: 46 – 48 years old, Female or Male
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
-Work Experience: Over 15 years in HR & Admin, minimum 12 years in management level.
-Language: Good command in both English & Japanese
1. English with TOEIC 680 up
2. Japanese with at least N2 level
-Typing: Standard level
-Computer skill: Microsoft Office (word/excel, Outlook, Power point, payroll program, etc.)
-Others: Having HR mindset and having the spirit of HR.
-Manner: On time, no late, leadership & management skill, much responsible of work, teamwork, able to work hard and under pressure, etc.
-Health: Excellence
【Allowance & Benefit】
1. Diligent: 500.-/month (if no late, no leave)
2. Group insurance for IPD, accident and life
3. Medical fee: 30,000.-/year
4. Dental fee: 5,000.-/year
5. Spa, fitness or family medical: 6,000.-/year
6. Provident funds: choice of 5%, 10% or 15% from basic salary, (company contribute only 5%)
7. 6 days annual leave for first 3 years, from year 4th will be 1 day additional (Maximum not over 12 days annual leave)
