【Job Description】
- Developing PCB strategies
- Selecting new components
- Managing new component implementation (acting as an intermediary between Japanese or German designers and vendors to estimate drawing release schedules)
- Cost analysis (understanding PCB structure, cost analysis)
- Cost negotiations
- Developing and implementing value analysis (VA) proposals
- Negotiating during major delivery issues
- Crisis response (promoting the substitution of PCB manufacturers due to natural disasters, fires, or severe supply shortages)

【Qualification】

- Languages: English
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
　Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.


- Experience working in a PCB factory
- Experience in PCB procurement, including cost negotiations and the launch of new components.


Languages: Chinese, Japanese
