【Job Description】
-Lead and drive sales growth for the chemical business by developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding key customer accounts.
-Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying current and future business requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term revenue.
-Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and product specifications with customers and suppliers to achieve sales targets and profitability.
-Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive activities, and provide recommendations to management for business expansion and product development.
-Lead and manage new development projects, including project planning, customer coordination, internal follow-up, and execution to achieve business objectives.
-Manage ASEAN regional business themes for both chemical and resin products by coordinating with related parties, monitoring market opportunities, and driving regional business expansion.
-Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts, sales reports, and performance analysis for the chemical sales business.
-Coordinate with internal departments and oversee sales team activities to ensure effective order handling, stock availability, and timely customer support.
-Coach, support, and monitor team members to achieve departmental targets and align with the company’s mission and business objectives.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
【Qualification】
-Male age 45+- years old.
-Bachelor degree in Chemical field.
-At least 8-10 years’ experience in sales, with managerial or team leadership experience.
-Experience in trading company will be an advantage.
-Knowledge of dangerous goods and hazard control will be an advantage.
-Experience in management of new development projects.
-Experience in management of ASEAN regional themes for both chemical and resin products.
-Good attitude, leadership, and high dedication to work.
-Good command of English and knowledge of Japanese language will be an advantage.
-Ability to work well under pressure.
-Hard working, strong negotiation skills, and highly service-minded.
-Have own car for using in duty.
