【Job Description】
- Spend the 1st year learning the comprehensive operations and safety standards of the gas filling factory.
- Manage the overall factory operations; including gas filling processes, procurement, and distribution/sales management.
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 delivery staff members.
- Oversee logistics and asset management, including delivery vehicles and specialized gas filling equipment.
- Coordinate closely with the sales department to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and dangerous goods handling standards.

【Qualification】
- Gender: Male
- Age: Around 40 years old (preferred for leadership and managerial potential)
- English: Intermediate - Business level (capable of business communication and reporting)
- Experienced in factory operations, logistics management, or supervisor roles
- Experience in handling gas, chemical, or dangerous goods (hazardous materials) is highly advantageous
- Strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a high awareness of workplace safety
