【Job Description】
⎼ Supervise and oversee the entire prototype assembly process for new models.
⎼ Establish optimal assembly methods and troubleshoot on-site technical issues.
⎼ Design and fabricate assembly jigs or specialized tools to improve production efficiency and precision.
⎼ Coordinate with the R&D, Design, and Production departments to ensure smooth operations, resource management, and timely material preparation.
⎼ Analyze assembly problems, provide feedback to design engineers, and propose improvements for cost reduction.
⎼ Oversee the conversion of design data into a production Bill of Materials (BOM) structure.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
⎼ Proven experience in the automotive manufacturing industry or a related field.
⎼ Practical command of English, sufficient for daily business operations and communication.
⎼ Strong knowledge of automotive structures, material processing, and engineering drawings.
⎼ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and cross-departmental communication skills.
