【Job Description】
⎼ Provide professional interpretation and translation between Thai and Japanese for all internal communications and external client meetings, phone calls, and emails
⎼ Manage client coordination for professional services, including Accounting, Tax, and Payroll calculation.
⎼ Oversee schedule management and coordination tasks related to client Visa and Work Permit (WP) applications.
⎼ Support the Accounting and Tax teams with technical interpretation and administrative coordination.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Bachelor's degree or higher
⎼ High proficiency in both Thai and Japanese for professional interpretation and translation
⎼ Must possess knowledge of technical terminology in Accounting, Tax, and Payroll calculation, and experience with Visa/WP schedule management
⎼ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word is required
⎼ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication ability are essential
⎼ Must have a mild-mannered, amiable personality, and maintain good health with a low absence rate
⎼ Age under 45 years old (Gender neutral)
