【Job Description】
This position is a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) role responsible for supporting core back-office functions and executive-level operations.
The primary responsibilities include HR, General Affairs, and Finance.
In addition, the role involves a wide range of back-end support functions such as:
- Internal and external communication enhancement
- Executive support for the President (Secretarial duties)
- Corporate planning
- Corporate Identity (CI) / Corporate promotion
- Product planning and marketing support
The candidate is expected to be highly proficient in Excel and internal systems, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Experience in HR / GA / Finance or administrative functions (fresh graduates may be considered depending on profile)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly responsible, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Language proficiency: Thai (fluent)/English (business level)/Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is required)
