【Job Description】
-Develop and execute sales strageties and action plan to achieve sales target
-Strengthen relationship with existing customers while expanding business through new customers and new markets
-Handling RFQs, order management, and coordinating delivery schedules
-Collaborate and coordinate roles with sales team to maintain a productive and positive team environment
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and incorporate insights into sales strategies
-Prepare reports and present sales performance and related sales information in regional meetings.
-Work closely with internal departments to support customers and resolve issues effectively
-Facilitation of communication between Japan HQ and Local staffs.
-Other assigned duties
【Qualification】
-Female : 30 - 45 yrs.
-Minimum of work experience: 3 yrs work experience. Preferably B2B sales in manufacturing or trading companies (electronic component products).
-Experience in Japanese companies are preferable.
-Required Japanese Proficiency N3 and above will consider and have language allowance provided.
-Good command of Japanese (both spoken and written) preferably JLPT N3 and above
-Computer & software skill: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SAP, MRP
-Proactive, well-organized, and strong sense of responsibilities
