【Job Description】
⎼ Conduct comprehensive research and investigation on various manufacturing materials.
⎼ Formulate and propose the introduction of new materials for the development of new vehicle models.
⎼ Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to team members within the department.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Any gender, preferably aged 30 years old and above.
⎼ Proven experience in material research or a related field within the manufacturing industry.
⎼ Must possess experience at a Supervisor (SV) level with strong leadership and team management skills.
⎼ Intermediate level of English proficiency, capable of effectively communicating with Japanese management.
