【Job Description】
- Create and manage optimized production plans.
- Oversee delivery schedule management to ensure timely shipments.
- Coordinate and negotiate directly with manufacturing lines to balance workloads.
- Monitor progress and check both quality control and production process statuses.
- Handle material management and inventory control.
- Communicate and share order delivery schedules and production statuses with the Japan headquarters or clients.

【Qualification】
- Age: 35–50 years
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: Proven experience in production control (Production Planning) and delivery schedule management
- Language: Proficiency in Japanese at a business level
