【Job Description】
- Analyze causes of defective products and implement recurrence prevention measures.
- Drive improvement activities focused on yield rate and overall production productivity.
- Collaborate closely with the quality department to execute continuous quality improvements.
- Conduct onsite workflow inspections and provide technical guidance/instruction to workers.
- Investigate root causes and execute prompt troubleshooting when operational issues occur.
- Promote and advance the implementation of production control plans.

【Qualification】
- Age: 35–50 years old
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Japanese: Intermediate level or above
- Experience:
1. Mandatory experience as a Team Leader or Sub-Leader.
2. Proven experience in Process control or Production engineering within the manufacturing sector
3. Solid experience in cross-departmental coordination and delivery schedule management
