【Job Description】
- Approach prospective customers to expand business, understand customer needs and propose solutions.
- Communicate and maintain a good relationship with the client and extend new solution with existing clients.
- Responsible for preparing sales materials such as Quotation, Invoice, Contract, etc. and follow up customer payment.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handle and follow division target to achieve sales goals.
- Report business negotiation activities as designed by organization’s platform.
- Preparing sales action planning and sales forecast.
- Coordinate with marketing activities (Seminar, Webinar).
【Qualification】
- Male or Female, aged 25-30 years.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, Industrial business.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to industrial areas such as Chonburi, Rayong, and (optionally) Korat, including occasional overnight business trips (company car provided).
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of marketing principles.
- Fast learner with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Experience in selling to Japanese companies and the manufacturing sector is a plus.
