【Job Description】
1. Installation and commissioning of pharmacy packaging automation systems.
2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of automation equipment.
3. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Support interface testing between HIS and pharmacy automation systems.
5. User training and operational support.

【Qualification】
1. Basic understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and pharmacy
workflows.
2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
3. Ability to identify and resolve software-related issues in automation systems.
4. Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and replacement of machine
parts.
5. Ability to analyze machine error logs and identify root causes of problems.
6. Basic knowledge of network configuration (IP Address, LAN, device connectivity).
7. Ability to coordinate with hospital IT teams and software vendors regarding
system integration issues.
8. Ability to perform installation, testing, configuration, and user support.
